Today's JCs are the Polly, which I own in grey leather. They're a great staple shoe as they are a rather simple wedge style, comfortable height for all day wear and the mid-grey colour coordinates with my wardrobe very easily. Although I like the brogue detailing and a peep toe, they are rather roomy around the ankle with means I often stick to wearing them with trousers.
